This week sees the final games being played in both the A and B leagues. After a tough and hard fought term, we can look forward to two huge days of water polo for our Western Province schools!  Attached is the schedule of games being played.  Please note the different venues and times for the various age-groups.

Tournaments

A very busy weekend for water polo in South Africa is an understatement, with five events taking place around the country, four of which we had schools involved in. Gauteng played host to boys’ teams from Bishops, Reddam, Rondebosch and Wynberg in U14, U15 and U19. Out of the four tournaments played, we walked away with four great pieces of silverware, just to add to our ever growing cabinets here in Western Province. Reddam took the U14 Jeppe tournament; Bishops dominated at Parktown with their U15s and in U19 SACS showed that they are ready to compete at the Knockout Cup by bring home the KES Cup.

A little closer to home, Reddam’s U13 girls walked away with the Reddam U13 trophy!

Well done to all who participated!

Looking forward to seeing you all pool-side for the last event on the water polo calendar for the season!
